Artful Living Coaching was born from a deeply personal awakening after a near-death experience. In that moment, I realized I was still here for a reason — yet I hadn’t been living in alignment with my full potential. Following a stroke, I felt something was energetically off. My body was holding onto something I couldn’t name, and I knew I needed to understand the deeper layers of healing.
That led me on a journey — exploring how the brain works, how energy becomes stagnant, and how true healing happens when we address the mind, body, and spirit as one. I dove into quantum energy healing and various modalities, not just to recover — but to transform.
